@Skinny2skin What are you mourning? That she doesn't look the same in her late 30s as she did at age 19? Even her body isn't too offensive right now considering that she barely works anymore, she still looks somewhat fit, and she was never HF skinny to begin with. Other former supermodels have fallen much farther.
If I'm reading the caption correct she's saying her physical health is fine but she doesn't feel that she's in good enough shape bodywise to return to modelling yet. Correct me if I'm wrong though!

I feel like the recent photos of her are surprising in part because each outfit is so aggressively unflattering.

I came across this on my TikTok and I didn’t even recognize her. She’s never been pretty to me but this is horrendous.
It has been bad, but it’s getting worse. I understand you will not look the same 20 years later but this is not simple aging..
Not even Victoria Secret can dress her in lingerie. Looks like they had to use lighting to try and hide how big she has gotten.

When a model is praised for being “confident,” the term is almost always a stand-in for “unabashedly unattractive.” That, combined with the dim lighting and strategic dressing choices by VS, a brand synonymous with largeness, would be too humiliating for me to bear.
I hope she turns this around somehow.
Forgive me bumping this old thread. Not that I would have considered her SG skinny at any point, Adriana seems to have gotten back to a more normal weight, or at least looks less painfully swollen. Her jawline still looks so unnatural, I’m almost certain some kind of weight loss drugs, plastic surgery, or a combination of the two have been involved. I’d imagine after that large of a fluctuation she’d need to do something to her face to manage loose skin. What I really don’t want to imagine is what kind of heavy duty shapewear she must have under that dress, though it’s not doing much.
