But, I'm not gonna be harsh because I did the pixie cut thing a few years back when I was going through some stuff and eh, it grows out and its not that big of a deal.

ia that she's not skinny (to me skinny = BMI <17). But she's certainly thin, fit, toned, which is why a lot of people outside of this forum are envious of her body. I'd estimate her BMI to be 18 - 20.

However I have a feeling she's going to either lose a lot more weight or regain it all back pretty soon. She definitely has an ED and it's nearly impossible to maintain your eating habits/weight for an extended period of time when you suffer with that.

Same goes here. For me, skinny means being underweight obviously and it's soo not Miley's case. To be honest, I see her as "slim" or even as "average" and I can see her BMI as high as 23.
