Victoria's Secret Models' Diet & Work-Outs (From UK Vogue)

 Candice...
She ALWAYS avoids questions about her diet. Just spill! It is so obvious! She never talks about what she eats, rarely eats in public (remember the "Birthday Cupcake" thing?), etc

This is getting very old...
But I still think she has an amazing body :)

Hey lovelies, I saw this on the VS models diets/workouts and thought I would share. I know it isn't really what they all follow but it has some interesting/healthy advice:

Its quite interesting to see what they eat and how they workout. Its also interesting to see which ones lie about ther diets....

What I really dislike about this whole 'AHMAGAAD, my metabolism is one crrrrraazy-ass motherf*cka' spiel is that it distances Candice from other women. Nature dealt her a great hand, she is genetically designed to be gorgeous, so why is it such a crime to admit she restricts her calorie intake to look the best she can for her job?!

The message is so much more empowering when you say: anyone can do it if they apply themselves. I'm not saying everyone has Candice's long legs or tiny waist or the same diameter as her ribcage, but the point is everyone CAN control their weight and their health, and you can get the body you want (within the parameters of your body's frame.) Diet is not a dirty word, and taking care of your body should be something you're proud of! If Candice says she can't control her metabolism, then that implies larger people can't control theirs either, so they must be at their 'natural weight.' Urgh it gets me so riled up.

This. God I hate it when people lie about what they eat, not just models. Skinny people say they eat a lot, fat people say they eat nothing, and I'M TIERD OF IT. What you weigh, and usually what you eat, is not something you can lie about because you see the results right in front of you. Candice just makes it seem like she's so innocent, and perfect, and just has this "perfect metabolism". She sends the message that you have to be born with it to be that skinny, and that's not true. She works for it, and she should let others know.

Also seconding that. We all know that she hasn't always maintained her 'crazy metabolism' but it's interesting looking at the following pics how she started real skinny (for her), then her thighs looked really out of shape (enter justin?) then as we know her now she's in phenomenal shape. Seeing the difference with some muscle tone in her makes me want to get of my lazy butt  and makes her a great advert for justin's personal training...

I didn't realize her hair was naturally so dark. She actually looks better with blonde, which is often not the case.

Wow, she really does hav an amazing body though.. When I see models, I jst feel so motivated to start working on my own appearance.. I also wonder if they skip complete meals and perhaps go a day or even days without eating at all jst to be skinny enough for a photo shoot? They probably do. Hehe I knw I would!
