Hi all, firstly, I'd like to apologize if this thread has been posted before, but I haven't seen it.
I just had my first meeting with a scout, and he told me that I needed to work on my personality more. I completely agree with this statement as I tend to mute my personality upon first meeting someone, but I'm not exactly sure what's wanted.
I don't want to come off as too excited or annoying, but I also don't want to be boring and easily forgotten.
Should I make it like a conversation, asking them questions as well? Or just treat the meeting like it's an interview and answer the questions with my own answers & elaborate a bit? Are they looking for somebody with a lot of different passions or just a few that mean a lot to me? I can adapt to any personality, but coming up with my own and being liked is a bit harder.
Any tips from scouts or models who have been signed to big agencies would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance!
