if the croissant-story is not just something she does sometimes and now every one just sticks to this one answer, it's nothing to be proud of.
"having no time to eat" is as stupid as the fattie-excuse "having no time to exercise"
for example she could eat fruits/salad while she gets styled for her show, you even see models doing that when backstage.
or what about having a sandwich in a taxi?
but at least she doesn't claim to eat tons of fast food and is superskinny "because of her lightspeed metabolism"
(thats the Nr.1 pathetic answer on the food-question)
^ wow, what a pair of legs!
Anyway, I need to get this off my chest: I HATE her hair. These stringy, fuzzy, bleached-out ends with dark roots just make me want to drag her to the next best hairdresser to fix it.

I think "I don't have time to eat" is code for "I am not making time to eat". I don't think choosing healthy foods is even part of the discussion. As you can tell by her skinny bod, she is not one to use "fattie-excuses".
I love the progression photos over the year! I don't know if I'm the only one, but I don't actually know who she is...I'm guessing she's a model, but for some reason I thought she was a socialite? Anyway, I only ever saw her in gossip magazines for either:
a) her style or
b) "starving", "super-skinny" "is Alexa Chung too skinny?"
She does look too thin for my liking, just not my taste.
