Yes from (what little) I hear she does seem to be having some issues, but on the other hand a goal of 100 at 5'7 isn't unhealthy in my book. And hey, lots of people (on here and in general) use food and weightloss as a sort of focus when lots of other things (mental/emotional) are going on that they can't necessarily deal with. There is nothing wrong with that really. It is what it is. As far as I'm concerned people should stop with the whole healthy/unhealthy thing (as in OMG your behavior is really crossing into unhealthy territory) since last time I checked the health industry and those who purport to be its spokespeople is/are incredibly sick themselves.
You caught me, I don't actually practice what I preach. I would never reveal to my patients how little I actually eat to lose weight. Likewise, just about everyone has unhealthy habits - the most you can do is pick and choose and try not to choose anything with lasting, permanent damage.
Also, the healthcare industry revolves around money. There's an incredible amount of money to be made off the sick/dying. Sure, it's our job to care for your health, but in my experience, the more money there is to be made, the less morals come into play. After a while, even the best practitioners become numb and it's all about efficiency and getting patients in/out. There are some exceptions but they are rare and far in between.
