So here are mine...
The first two are from two years ago when I was studying abroad in England...I was at my HW then at around 150-155. Yuck.
The second two are more recently taken, one from last fall and one from two weekends ago, at around 125-135. The one from last fall was my LW.
My biggest tip to anyone looking for quick (literally overnight!) results is to cut down on your carbs. Not to say that I'm all about carb-free diets, because I loves me my oatmeal in the morning and you can't take that away from me ...but if you gradually eat less and less carbs as the day goes on, and drink plenty of water, you'll wake up the next day (I promise!) with a less puffy face.
For example, say you have oatmeal in the morning, maybe with some fruit for a mid-morning snack. Carbs, but not bad processed carbs like sugar and starch. Lunch, same thing: some carbs=ok. But when you get to dinner and after-dinner, anything that goes in your mouth is going to show up on your face the next morning. If you've already eaten, say, pasta for dinner, drink lots o' water, avoid salt and sugar the rest of the night, and if you like tea, drink green tea to help flush things out. You probably won't see great results the next morning, but it's better than having an even puffier face the next day!
Try it! Let me know how it works for you. Besides, it's a healthy practice to get into anyway!
