Lol jokes aside I'm starting it tomorrow... I'm strangely inspired by this haha. I interviewed Passler for a magazine I used to write for and got the DL on the whole program so message me if you wanna join or want me to send you the notes I took' ;)

Is the schedule anything like this?

I looked up the nutrition on the pure change protein shake and protein bar. If Bella ate anything similar, it's about 1020 cals a day.

Yes thats the gist of the eating schedule!
But I have pages of notes I have to find on my laptop from that interview. I thought the guy was actually pretty brilliant, he had some great ideas on how to manage cortisol levels and how breathing and stress management can help you on a cellular level to lose weight. Personally a lot of what he said resonated- long hours at the gym do cause me to gain weight, and I also gain when I feel like my gut health is out of alignment. Although the whole "Lean Body schtik" is obviously a money making gimmick, the rest of his program is pretty interesting and you could easily sub any whey protein that didn't have sugar in it for his product in a DIY version- what I'm doing this week

Too much exercise leaves me famished too, so yeh, I can understand that. It's definitely intriguing and not a bad schedule.

from the first page of this thread...she really was pretty, at least in my opinionView attachment 18918
Will stop with this OT but this before & after from the VS show is pretty telling. Her face was way more beautiful and fresh. I can understand wanting to prove people wrong and the pressure of getting HF jobs and always being the biggest model in the room imho but if something isn't suited for you just let it go instead of ruining your appeal trying to be something you're not meant to be.

Okay so one late, late night tumblr suggested this Bella fan blog for me to follow and I was bored so I creeped around and started reading their FAQs and anyway they have this theory that the Hadids might be totally bullshitting about their Lyme disease. I didn't read the entire response but found it interesting as I skimmed it over.

"I have done deeeeeep research into the Hadids, Bella, and Lyme as a whole for well over a year now"

To be honest, I like her face better now.
Before, everything except for her eyes looked bulbous and with no definition.

I was looking through my photos on my cell and found this. I forgot that Gigi ever looked like this, enviable even!

wow, her hips look great here and so does her face.

her face always struck me as pretty bloated, even when she's slimmer, like she's eaten a lot of salty foods recently. for whatever reason, here it looks really fresh and youthful. possibly the angle.

So bad that I am actually thinking about trying this lol... usually not about these kinds of program would rather do old school restriction and exercise but if I don't see progress might give this a try, must feel so gratifying seeing such a drop in one week. Spent this past year maintaining more or less and lately I've been wanting to lose...

I don't usually find Gigi's face to be odd looking, but here she looks so strange. I'm not usually one to judge people on the amount of makeup they use but she looks plastic here, like a literal Barbie

Botox? Looks way too supple and smooth. Or maybe just a shit ton of concealer. I remember I watched this video on YouTube of how they did the makeup for the Victoria’s Secret fashion show, Taylor was the model. The makeup artist talked about how you don’t want to put too much concealer or else you get a “reverse raccoon” look. Ever since I’ve watched that I haven’t touched concealer (I’m only 17 and I don’t have dark circles really). I noticed a huge difference on how much more realistic my face looks with a tiny bit of foundation and no full on concealer.
Also - call me tacky but I find the outfit to be super cute. I’m a sucker for pink outfits/dresses Barbie would wear. Does anyone know where to get this ensemble?

@Maria The pic looks like it has that stupid android "beauty" filter applied to it, the man in the back looks weirdly smooth too, despite being wrinkly.

Gigi needs to slow down with the fillers and botox. She looks as if she's on track to turn into Jocelyn Wildenstein in a decade or two.
