I have to disagree. I think this is a billion times better than the Kendall in Wonderland shoot. I'm not saying I like it per se, and the whole 'clown thing' is a really weird styling direction - especially with the dollar store plastic rings and tacky lame swimsuit, but at least she's giving a tonne of variation and looks connected to the camera, hell, I even think she looks quite facially beautiful in some of the images. Kendall just gives dead fish, bland nothingness.

Imagine this beautiful photshoot with an actual model. This photoshoot looks great, nice concept, photograph and coloring. The only bad thing about it is Gigi

She has, like, the BEST PR/Publicist in the world, especially with regard to this whole 'relationship' thing with Zayn. Actually the most well orchestrated rise to fame I think I've ever seen, even better than Cara or the Kardashians. Every thing is just so calculated and precise, they're not taking any chances. Amazing.

It's so obvious that she's just using them for publicity too... But props. I guess those public relationships are what keep her as relevant as she is currently. I think of her as more of a socialite and part time model, rather than an actual model.

Zayn is so horrible. I have met him a few times over the years. Yuck on all grounds. Seriously.
Good riddance to him leaving 1D. None of them miss him.

It is much easier to become a celebrity if you use other celebrities as your stepping stones to fame!

This hot young model used a foreign musician and an American musician in quick succession to get attention and to get photographed every day. It worked, too. Once the photographers cared more about her than about the guy, it was time for her to move on.

You will likely hear blurbs about how she is “happy to be single for now”… but we know that she already has her sights set on a new boyfriend! They will play it as “just friends” for a few weeks so that it doesn’t look suspiciously sudden, but you should expect them to formally announce as a couple early in the new year.

We were told that Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik were just going to do some group outings and tease the paparazzi through New Year’s, and then come out as a couple in January. However, they are already going on “dates”, so we’ll mark this one SOLVED!

Gigi Hadid wants to be super famous, and Zayn Malik needs to sell his music (he also needs you to forget that One Direction ugliness and that Perrie Edwards ugliness). It doesn’t matter that he was recently “engaged” and she was in a “relationship” with another celebrity five minutes ago. This is a match made in publicity heaven! (The fangirls will totally believe it, though…)

By way of comparison, Zayn Malik has TWICE as many Twitter followers as Joe Jonas, and Zayn’s fans are younger. That’s a nice stepping stone!

Zayn Malik and Gigi Hadid have sparked dating rumours after they were spotted together in Los Angeles.

The former One Direction singer was photographed talking to the model as they sat in the same car after the American Music Awards on October 22, which Gigi had attended.

The relationship is in very early stages, but that Zayn is “chuffed” with the 20-year-old model.

“It’s a very new thing. They’re just seeing where it goes,” the insider said.

The pair partied together in West Hollywood, but kept their blossoming romance under wraps.

i hate to say this but i think she looks good in these photos. the cheap jewellery and exaggerated hair/styling really help to counterbalance her trademark tacky aesthetic, which i usually find extremely distracting. however, from the shoot im getting the impression that she feels a lot more comfortable playing a character (i.e. not herself) in front of the camera ... (:)

I thought he same thing....But I also wondered if this was suppose to be be a Rachel Dolezal inspired photo shoot? Let's just fake it all the way from the "model" to the hair and let's add some extra bronzer for good measure. I seriously doubt a lack of qualified gorgeous models that could have done justice to the concept and that actually have this quality of natural hair for some of the photos (where it isn't pastel of course). Really, GIGI is there b/c she's a cookie cutter connected-celebri-model. Gag.

That's a really great point. Aesthetically/thematically I prefer the Kendall shoot, but Gigi is at least putting in the effort.

Also, am I the only one that thinks Kendall looks much better blonde?

She looks about as good as Kim when blonde (aka my eyes burn). She's less boring compared to usual but even with the blonde, she's remarkably average. Her bone structure is severely lacking for her chosen profession.
