But also, I have to say, at least Gigi has *some* range--Bella does the same open mouth dead face in every damn picture, and apparently, on the runway as well

I have seen few good pictures of her and her look is just not my taste. I was curious how she got to be this popular, I guess I should've known she was from a reality show.

I want to know who thought it was a good idea to send this down the runway (patio, whatever it is). She looks atrocious.
I really don't get the appeal of Gigi or her sister. Gigi just looks so old and her face looks so squished an puffy ... Bella's face on the other hand is acceptable and could maybe be quite interesting at a much lower weight, but yeah that's not going to happen.
Maybe it's just to get a "famous" name in, draw attention to an otherwise rather irrelevant show/designer? (Just guessing here, I don't know which show this is from.)
What I'm more concerned about is how anyone with the least bit of dignity would want to walk down a runway looking like that.

Famous by association. The Hadid girls hang out with the Baldwins and Kardashians. Gigi used to date the australian wannabe justin bieber aka Cody Simpson. That launches her to the pre-teen market and young teens. Now she's friends with Taylor Swift and the rest of her publicity made friends. That equals a known name. Most of her fans are via Instagram and Twitter.
Brands use her name to gain new consumers, not her talent (or lack of). It goes the same for both Hadid's, hanging around with the right people is what makes them "famous". Their market is teens who want to look like them, the type of teens who are obsessed with VS and SI. Not legit models, just insta-famous models.

This guy is so... meh. Seems completely disinterested in her and has dead eyes. Yes, she is not skinny, but if that's her boyfriend... Even the Cody guy seemed better. A lot of people obviously find her beautiful (even if we don't), so why is she with someone who doesn't even look at her?
He's famous? Sorry, I know my models but I'm not much interested in the whole popular popculture boysband thing. Anyway, they don't look like much, either of them. She looks too fat and he looks too high/corpse-like.
that's one of the jonas brothers haha. Her type is tween idols. I find it fitting because she seems such a tween idol. I don't think any adults could take her seriously.
