Picking up on the Tayana discussion, she posted this post today detailing her weight loss story. I think she’ll tell us more once she reaches a certain level of feedback, as influencers tend to do. But the difference between American models and Russian models is staggering, when it comes to telling their diet secrets. An American model will mutter something about pizza, moderation and being naturally skinny, whereas a Russian will extensively outline her 500 calorie a day meal plan and tell us that she wasn’t content with her body until she was a 14 bmi (weight and measurements included) and only eating one plate of steamed veggies and tofu a day. I saw someone ask what her go-to dinner was and she said a hot drink

She has a really lovely face, but unless I'm being paranoid—I've been suspicious of all Instagram models ever since learning of the Spring app recently—her body doesn't actually look like that. It looks like she's slimmed/compressed many images to stretch her legs.

I would say average people probably think they have the perfect body, but I'm not sure if they fit SG standarts (pretty sure they don't)...

Tayana Yarkaya, a Russian instamodel living in Bali. I actually quite like her account, she's super into health and wellness and ayurveda and often shares her workouts and recipes, which mostly consist of yoga, fruit and veg. She is also very transparent about her weightloss and how she stays in shape.

She is 5'8 / 172,5 cm tall and weighs 97 lbs / 44kg (bmi 14,8) and her measurements are 31-22-32 / 78-56-81cm.
I think she has a pretty good body, especially for an instagram model.

She mentions in a recent post that she used to weigh 121 pounds / 55kg and that she very easily puts on weight if she doesn't watch her food intake. If anyone is curious about what she eats in a day she said in a recent post that she usually has coffee, hot cocoa and matcha lattes during the day, all made with homemade coconut- or almond milk. If she gets hungry she will have a serving of fruit, she especially likes papaya due to the low sugar content and she will also have a piece or two of "raw candies" during the day. Lastly, for dinner she'll have tofu and vegetables.

I highly disagree, just because they signed with Elite and have approximately 150,000 subscribers on YouTube, it doesn’t make them any better ‘models’. With no makeup they look extremely mediocre, like every other average Australian, teenager. Even in pictures that aren’t overly posed {would not go as far to label them as candids} they look bland.

Noah Carlos is a non-binary and signed with IMG and has walked a fair amount of shows, but I decided to put them in this thread because of they seem more like an Instagram model to me imo.

Noah’s also skinny and I love it.
