For context, I'm a runner and I do a lot of weight and resistance training.Didn't know where to put this exactly, but anyway - this instagram model Bianca Ella Booth shared in her stories that she had a weird binging phase that lasted 3 weeks, she gained weight because of it and now she's trying to lose it and get back into shape quickly by eating clean and doing cardio.

Also, thoughts on this statement? I've never heard that it's better to ditch resistance/weight training altogether when trying to lose excess fat...

Instagram literally just suggested me to follow her and I’m impressed by her physique - her style is too preppy / colourful / check-her-out-and-you’ll-know-what-I-mean for me but overall she might be worth a follow.
Also, she seems consistent with her weight which is always appreciated.
Note that the pics I shared are the ones with outfits I do like, especially from the last few years, but the more recent they get the more colourful her clothes become and for me, probably a grave digger in my past life, it’s way too much
Kristina Ozimkova - She seems to have changed a bit as of late, but I still think some of her outfits are great.
If I'm not mistaken she also used to be a bit skinnier.
