Jacques is by far one of my favorite photographers. I find his work dark and haunting, with a sort of americana vibe to them. He depicts glamourous miserable models, in strange, often suburban settings. He's shot some of my favorite models such as Vlada, and I think his work is phenomenal. I think photographers deserve more recognition than they often get! Here are a few examples of his work. As you can see he often uses a lot of highly saturated colors, with a lot of blue light and contrast.
