Personally I think that it's because she doesn't really try so her legs are like "skinny" fat. I'm not sure if that term even really applies to her, but she seems to rely on genetics and not work hard for a good body and it's starting to show

Oh gosh, how tragic! The light she puts herself in at the present time could barely be any worse. But good reverse motivation for me in case I feel lazy about my leg/butt workout...
 
Her disdain for "those girls" who actually have to work at building their careers and don't have the luxury of being "selective" about the shows they take on is seriously shameful. She was born into celebrity and is unable to recognize her own privilege. Also, since when is working hard something to sneered at? The entitlement of this brat absolutely boggles the mind.
