Lmao it's probably just because that's the only ~*skinny*~ model they know hun, I'm sure you're far skinnier than Ms Jenner! Your post made me giggle though.

Omg I just rushed over here to post my semi-astonishment over the fact; it's so predictable that it's almost unpredictable. It speaks volumes as to VS commercialism with such blatant need for celebrity-over-talent/celebrity-over-TRUEmodel factor in pushing the product at the cost of authenticity to the industry/fashion... Although who am I kidding, VS is the platform for such marketing and is complete trash and insulting to fashion/runway in general. The attention-grabbing strategy is equally demonstrated by the trend in casting such "celebrities" on their birthdays [though I doubt this was actually a surprise to Kendall and the others and that they rather announce the "good news" at opportunistic moments]. Chanel, Balmain and others sadly have adopted this method, further diminishing the authenticity of fashion. This disgracing is hugely exemplified in the event of Kendall dressing up as "Lady Karl" for Halloween (keyword HUGE as in her ass in said costume, which I've forgone posting for such reasoning). Not to mention the fashion exploit factor is doubled by combining the likeness of Karl and Lady Gaga...this could have possibly clever if done suitably and with some semblance of class, but I'd probably only think so if it were done by a non-celebrity/model.

....just like Cara walked the show when she was the ''it'' model a few years ago. It's okay, I actually see more sense in Kendall walking/working with VS who's a commercial brand that has a huge appeal on teenagers that follows her every move, than seeing her being the face of Estee Lauder or a cover girl for Vogue Paris.

Agree, it's hardly shocking. I hate Victoria's Secret anyway so I have no problems with her walking for them. What I can't stand is Kendall doing any high fashion work for the likes of Estée Lauder, Vogue etc.

To be honest, I'm not surprised. Think of it this way, at least they are using average Kendall and not ruining a true skinny high fashion model.
 
I saw Kendall's Calvin Klein add yesterday when I was buying underwear and it made me want to switch to a different brand. The picture they used of her on this huge banner was terrible. She's like a charisma vacuum.

i agree girls, i am not surprised the least bit. still i wish the Kardashian era would be over already. i am sick of this family.
