Well, it's not anywhere near as impressive to be payed that much when you started from the top anyway. She's a Jenner with so much money to start with, probably would only accept high paying jobs in the first place. Doesn't garner the same respect as a model that started from nothing and then rose to the top through sheer hard work alone. Still, how depressing.
On the bright side, the fact that Gisele is so far ahead of them gives me hope.
Super OT, but I was so happy that she walked for the opening of the Olympics. Yeah she's past her prime, but the nostalgia.

It's wrong to include Kendall on this list. They include all of models' 'extracurricular earnings' and a lot of hers are due to KUWTK. She was outearning most models before her first day. It's not fair at all to the others to put her on a list with those who made their own money.
Damn, I didn't even realise this. She must get a fuck ton of money from kuwtk! Where's Gigi's extra earnings from then? She's also high up on the list but can't be earning much from reality tv or anything like Kendall - so sports illustrated?
I'm pretty sure she was, but she can't get much money from it as the show is so much smaller than kuwtk and she's a really minor character, so a higher percentage of her income must come from modelling than Kendall's, I'm assuming? I don't know enough about all their campaigns or jobs though and which ones are paying them best because although I love to hate on them, they're far to vapid and trashy to follow all that closely.
Gigi worked so much more than Kendull this year commercially (BMW, Evian and her clothing line) but I feel like her beauty contract doesn't actually pay that much. She signed with maybelline more than a year ago, when her value was way less than it probably is now. They were smart. Meanwhile Kendall was already big when she signed her EL contract (who really invested in her), I think this where her big $ comes from rather than her reality show. I don't really see her face everywhere like I (sadly) do with the other one, so I assume she's not getting other huge jobs commercial wise.

100% agree. Also, in terms of the nepotism-girls's money.... My assumption is that aside from the incomes listed above, their parents just throw money at them, spoil them, and delude them into thinking they made it themselves. I grew up with so many rich kids who bragged about their wealth as though they'd earned it, when it's like.... "YOUR PARENTS are rich; you're not rich - you're broke."
Totally. I too have grown up in an environment like this, and the things I have seen firsthand... A kid goes,
"You know what, I wanna be a model (or fashion designer/photographer/singer)!" Then the parents simply "arrange" it (fund it with their $$$) - they pay for their children to "work" for a fashion house, be photographed leaving a club with a celebrity (recently I know someone who did this with Justin Bieber), etc. Soon enough the kid thinks they're a successful model in their own right when really they aren't making any money, they're costing their family way more and their earnings are in the negative. It's more than just "connections" and pulling a few strings: parents actually pay a fortune for a fake career and for their kids to live a delusion.

A youtuber (charles gross) who's been posted a couple times here before made a video today actually shading exactly the same kind of people mentioned here - annoying rich kids who have their parents buy their fame (specifically modelling and designing) with cash, lol.
I wish the general public were brighter though.

I've known this one girl since I was young and her parents did this exact thing with her older sister, who now has millions of followers on Instagram and is in a lot of the tabloids at the moment. And now the parents are doing the same again for her (the younger one), they got her signed with a major agency even though she's like 4 feet tall, bought her Instagram followers, and she's become a bikini model or something. I don't wanna say too much but I wish more people knew this.
Meanwhile one of my friends was scouted by IMG by her own merit, and actually has model qualities about her, but she hasn't found the same level of success as the first girl because her parents aren't paying for anything.
