I don't know much about 'cultural appropriation' but I'd sure be offended if Kendall Jenner was chosen to represent my religion in anything.

Her whole family seems to age terribly with or without surgery.

I think it's outrageously insulting to the inteligence of the public & the integrity of the industry to pass half-kardashian and her sub-par work off as that of a supermodel. Every project she's invovled with ends up looking like a poorly planned high school art project. If I wanted to see a bloated, saggy, leathery looking 21 year old with a stone face posing in mediocre photos I'd go looking on facebook or instagram. It's sad to see brands forsaking their own integrity for the sake of brief media coverage or fleetingly increased brand recognition.

She is revolting, her entitlement makes me sick, and the fact that she's considered iconic and successful is so disheartneing. Imagine the industry if it wasn't tainted with entitled, lazy, butter faced socialites.

TBH I am sick of seeing this thread posted in and THE EXACT SAME conversation spouted out by different members "she's so entitled, she's not a model, she's fat, she doesn't change her facial expression" YES OK we got it 92 pages ago.
Petition to stop posting to this thread until Kendall loses weight/learns to put some personality into her photos pls :tribe:

Now that it's in the public section I actually want her fans to read it though and realize that there is a huge community of people that find her puffy bloated face repulsive (and maybe, just maybe reconsider their blind worship)

THANK YOU THANK YOU TIMES 1M !!!!!!! Oh my god I have been wanting to say that. To me, posts echoing the same exact sentiments "entitled/not a model" etc... just come off as the fluff of those trying to up their post count for more access, or those who haven't read the entire thread before posting. I don't mind seeing pics of her as reverse thinspo, but I just really don't want the thread bumped with repetitive "analyses" that contribute nothing new.

Although I agree to an extent, I care more about the quality of our community than I do about proving a point to her fans. This is one of the reasons I don't have a very high post count after being a long-time member: For me, it is very important to post only when I have original, thoughtful input.

okay, maybe unpopular opinion here, but I vote we keep posting her fugly pictures because those "Hindu"(eh)-themed pictures may have been a combination of the fugliest and funniest thing that I've seen all week.

I totally agree that we're having the same conversation over and over again, but damn. I'm still laughing over her fugly pictures.

We're having the same convo over and over because she is actually JUST THAT BAD. If she had even improved marginally the conversation would have shifted.

Same terrible body. Same dead fish face. How embarrassing when the Hadids are outshining you, and they started out positively chunky.

I find her incredibley unsexy. Her face, her body. Her face is just blah, she looks downright unattractive in some no-makeup, candid photos. Her body is slim but flabby. I find the Hadid's more attractive/sexy. Not saying they are great models, but they both have some sex appeal for me, which Kendall does not.
 

Alien face, her sister managed to look better than her here. Her face actually used to be pretty a year ago (to me, at least)

I wonder what's worse (skinny aesthetic aside)- failing miserably at your goal of being a convincing high-fashion model or thriving in your goal of looking like a trashy porn star. Like who is truly happier of the two.
