Is there a hairstylist strike in Hollywood that we don't know about?? Those roots need lifting, and the whole head needs a toner. Kendall, Kim, Ariana... why are these millionaires getting bleach jobs that appear to be the work of teenage interns? It's so trashy, I'd refuse to leave my hairdressers looking like that.
