She has talked about Adele's weight several times, but the time I am talking about most recently was during an interview with an online magazine. This happened recently, in 2013. The video you posted was made in 2011. People must have added her quotes from that interview on to old video footage of her so they can have a gif where it looks like she is speaking the quote.

I didn't either, I was really surprised and disgusted by it. For someone who talks so much about being body positive and being okay with who you are she is really judgmental.
