that's the point. it was on a set for her music video in which she's playing a stripper or a prostitute or someone along those lines, i can't really remember now.

I was always bothered by this song! I get she wants to seem edgy or whatever but this is just vulgar.
I wonder if someone actually spent listening to this for 600 minutes. :hmm: Anyway, she should still cut back on the Pepsi if...you know.
I enjoyed her first album, and initially thought her image was lovely and obviously well suited to her sound...now i find some of her songs have been overplayed, though this isn't necessarily her fault. I'm really saddened to see her waste the opportunities she has, saying she 'doesn't hear' a second album, when she has the backing to create one, and letting herself go so much...I know she was never skinny but she was well put together, you'd hardly believe she was the same person

WOW she looks so different!! At least her lips are less puffy, I guess. In the first picture, I would have never even guessed that was her. Hmm... I do love her music though.
I LOVE her and her new album is amazing, but I wish she would lose some weight. She recently said in an interview that she wishes she were dead already and she has a mysterious health issue no one can diagnose. Depression and stress can definitely lead to weight gain/comfort eating. She once did an interview that's up on youtube where she's asked what her favorite food is or something and she says "When I eat?? (laughs) I normally just eat junk food...but right now I'm on the maple syrup lemonade diet." Also that song lyric about doing drugs to stop her food cravings. I think she has a lot of weight/body issues tbh.

That pic is seriously NASTY. She has the body of an obese teen-aged boy. As much money as she's got there is no excuse for that. Singing and looking pretty is her JOB.

mte. Her job is to write, record, and sing. Sia, for example, now performs with her back to the audience - she doesn't want to be seen/judged, but still wants to do her job (which is to sing her music).
As for that before/after picture, looks like a lot of make-up and some lip injections + rhinoplasty. But nothing extreme.
And she had something done to her eyelids I think. A crease augmentation and a lift maybe? Because her eyebrows sit differently on her brow bone now too. Either way, money can buy wonderful things.

I don't see that at all.
I think she (or her make-up artist) is just shaping & filling in her eyebrows better.
Botox can be used (very!) carefully to raise the eyebrows a little.
The thing I find funniest about Lana's face is how tall her nasal bridge is between her eyes, it doesn't appear to dip at all beneath her forehead but just runs straight down from the fullest part of her forehead into her nose proper. I'm surprised they didn't shave it a little during that rhinoplasty, but perhaps that would have been too obvious. She reminds me sometimes of some Star Trek alien!
