Her face is looking increasingly tired. Her under eye bags are more and more prominent in every recent photo.

I agree!! I was bored & re-stalked her the other day, and she looked SO different a year/two years ago. So much more fresh-faced and youthful! Her hair was also incredibly think and shiny and beautiful. Now, she looks so tired and puffy and her hair is very limp & shaggy compared to what it used to be. It's CRAAAZY how much you can change in a little over a year.....
