I’m pretty sure there’s a lot of royal protocol and tradition behind the bouquets. Like going back generations flowers, and one of the kinds in there was princess dianas favorite, etc. This may be nitpicking, but I hate hers and Kate's bridal bouquets. They are pitiful "little house on the prairie" pickings.

There was a lot to go off about, but I thought the thoughts behind the flowers was sweet
Eh, I find her too basic and for some reason she doesn't scream 'genuine' to me...
In my opinion, I don’t find her not having a complex personality the issue. I just don’t find find her genuine, in my opinion I feel like she’s hiding something. Having a divorcée as a mother and a rough background, is some that’s frowned upon in the royal chain. I feel like she’s maintaining a facade or just in general, not being open - in the regards, personally I think she lacks the warmth that both Diana and Kate had/have.Agreed. Granted I don't follow her closely or know her as a person, but from my perspective she seems like the definition of basic.
Additionally that wedding dress was painful to see. Events like this I feel like should be an opportunity to showcase the best of ethereal fashion and this fell far short, and the fit was just off, and not in an aesthetically or edgy/contemporary way.

I like her; she seems like sweet person.
She’s into yoga, apparently. Via Best Health Magazine in 2016:

Her body is not my ideal, but I think she has an angelic face.
Sorry, that’s what I meant to write. I agree, I expected it to come out as a news headline a while back, but they’ve managed to keep it under wraps. So is being a divorcee, which she is. I'm no expert on the royals but I don't even think until recently it was allowed to marry anyone who was divorced. But they've done a good job keeping it quiet.

I’m unfamiliar with the crazy stalker story of Kate. Can you share?I think they let him marry Meghan because they were happy for him to get shacked up to avoid any scandals on his part. Some speculate that she is pregnant, hence the dress being looser but the public can count to 9 so we will see. I also think that they believe Meghan is good for their image of ‘progression’ and they seemed to have played up her race by emphasising her black mother (who was adorable I must add!) and excluding her white father at the wedding, as well as the gospel choir at the ceremony. She does seem to like him at least and doesn’t have a crazy stalker backstory like Kate did.

It’s the Daily Mail so don’t take it as a reliable source, but I had an Art History teacher who taught a girl who was capable for Cambridge who graduated in the same year as William and deliberately chose St. Andrews (at the time a real second rate course and much less prestigious) in order to attempt to marry the prince. Kate was capable of Edinburgh—far more prestigious—however chose to take a gap year miraculously in the same country as William to volunteer, then rejected Edinburgh to go to St. Andrews. She also participated in a fashion show dressed scantily clad to catch his attention. She had pictures of him in her childhood bedroom apparently and her mother allegedly approved and assisted her in all the scheming. There was a sudden rise in applications for St. Andrew’s Art History course that year from girls so she wasn’t the only one. I guess it takes a certain person to want to become a royal that badly though since their lives seem quite restrictive, luxuries aside. There is also a film/documentary I believe on this subject, but I have not seen it so I cannot confirm. This is all just gossip of course, but rumours can sometimes be true.
A little treat for you:

Yeah, even if that's true, she clearly makes him very happy and is working her ass off to fill the position as respectfully and elegantly as possible while being beloved by so many. I can't be annoyed by someone who knew what she wanted and went after it, then went above and beyond to make sure she represented the family in an appealing way, which in the end is probably one of the most important parts roles the royal family plays now. It'd be different if she just wanted to marry royalty, then shat all over the expectations and accepted behaviors and became an embarrassment. Not at all surprising. But you can't blame a girl for scheming for what she wants. I feel Kate knew exactly what she was doing.
My opinion on the monarchy is not favourable and I don't keep up with the rumours particularly, but what I will interject with is that I remember those 'fashion show' photos from years back.. something like 2007. I think it was around the time that Harry's nazi costume came about as well.
From the people I know, who're very old English money and involved in part of the royal family it's known that her mother was quite insistent of the match so I would say that it's possible that Kate had a minor role in the so-called scheming - but that her Mother held the reins.
