It seems like she is trying to go for some sort of modernized 90's look, but it's just not working. At all. It's all just too contrived and she looks like an idiot.
 
I really can't figure out what is going on inside her head. like, wtf is up with those shoes and pants? that's too much even for Miley.
 
I am just so saddened by these photos. I understand she is "expressing" her individuality, but in my own opinion, I just get sad looking at her.. Especially from where she was right before she cut her hair (looking good, looking thin..)

She's spiraled into the "desperate" category. Sad thing is, it gets her the attention she wants (but doesn't deserve).
 
I have to give her props for not doing blackface. Celebrities and regular people alike, take note!

With miley she may have lost a bit of weight but she is tacky as, the way she dresses is hideous
 
Oh my goodness! I hadn't seen any recent photos of Miley in a while, and I'm shocked to see them now! She certainly has gained back a lot of what she lost, which is disappointing as I thought she had a nice figure back when she was working out and eating healthy.
She was a great thinspiration for leading a healthy lifestyle, but alas no more :(

OMG - what happened? I bat my eyes and she's back to fat.

WTH!

She actually looked pretty good when she put in the effort to lose the weight - and now she's pretty much back to her old self.

Woe - woe - woe : why would you achieve something and then take a royal piss all over it? Not.Cool. What a shame.
