I wouldn’t say that people eat them everyday as the ingredients are quite expensive (it’s even more pricey to have them at cafes). The energy content would vary significantly depending on the recipe but I agree it certainly would not be “low calorie” (at most I would say 600/700kcal). If there is no added sugar and the portion size isn’t too large then it’s not a disastrous meal to have occasionally. It is certainly not a snack or a light meal
