What do you think when you see a pro model fall in a major show?

Yes! It's why I am extremely hard on them from the beginning. I'm strict, I take zero shit, set high expectations, and am very quick to call out mistakes/laziness and give consequences. "You'll thank me later" I say. My development style is not for everyone but the upside is that a girl is either going to step up/improve/grow fast to compete in this very brutal business, or she can't hack it and will drop out, or be dropped, fast. Either way I'm happy.

I def have a reputation for being difficult to start/develop with but at the same time I've developed and booked and managed some of the best models in the business who almost all love me now (even if they didn't at the beginning) so I guess it works. 🤷🏼‍♀️
