Wow thank you. Great photo example too. I'm a self diagnosed makeup addict and I love the tight line look but it ALWAYS transfers to my bottom waterline so I abstain from doing so

No problem. I always feel like that happens with really cheap pencil eyeliner. Also, I recommend using liquid eyeliner (gel works too).. carefully, and trying to let it dry for 5-10 seconds. I feel like it lasts longer and it doesn't transfer

Yes, and weirdly some girls who look totally boring and flaky in their polas are the most breathtaking in their slap Sometimes I wonder how their agency knew they would ever look half decent...
