I'm pretty sure it's a bad angle, the leg on the left leg looks bulkier because her jeans are "off" her body in the inner thigh area. I'm not sure how to explain it but I have this problem if I stand like her - my leg will be on the side but my jeans won't hug it, they will stay towards the middle but since they're being stretched they won't wrinkle so you can't notice that they are too big. Her right leg looks normal.
