Not eating...haha. getting into a negative 500 cals each day (not counting natural burn, just what I burned at the gym)
Breakfast was egg whites, lunch as tuna with mustard, dinner steamed veggies and garbanzo beans. Mmm mmm. And some 100 cal popcorn. Pilates also really helped
