I got 2 bars, vertical ones. Im not much for rings but I might want to try it out in the future when Im sure they have healed 100% and wont change their shape after the rings so I cant get the bars back in later. My piercer did a great job and placed them right where I wanted them, and most of the work of avoiding infections are up to you, you really got to clean them twice a day for 6 weeks and then you're good (that did hurt a bit the first week, you dont want to touch them too much then)

It's only recently that I've gotten interested in nipple piercings. I'm not sure if it's something that would suit me, but I would definitely have to wait for my boobs to shrink as I agree with you girls, definitely looks best with small boobs. This thread really makes me want to get them once my boobs are smaller, if ever they get as small as I would like them to be. Anyway, creds to you girls for withstanding the pain, can only imagine.
it's quite a big thing here in my school (for whorish reasons of course) and about two months ago one girl was in the shower and her nipple ring caught on her loofah and she ripped it which caused her to faint , and she had to phone a friend to take her to the hospital. can't imagine the embarrassment -.-
I actually just got mine done yesterday! It hurt a lot less than I expected! I only got one, I already I have a lot of piercings so i didn't want to over do it but I love it and I'm so happy I got it!!

I went with the right one! I honestly didn't think about I just instinctively said it when she asked me which side I wanted! I may eventually get the other one but I figured I can always add it on later if I feel like I want it!

My main problem with asymetrical nipple piercing is that I suppose you feel the piercing all the time (unlike ear piercings) because it brushes against lingerie or clothing most of the time and I probably would go mad
I mean, asymetrical piercing would make me feel asymetrical as a whole person. Does that even make sense?

At least for me, I don't feel the piercing all the time. I forget it's there a lot, till I'll do something dumb by accident like knock my boob with my own hand and then it's like "ah shit forgot I got a piece of metal in that very sensitive spot"

I know what you're saying about feeling the one nipple ring and not the other but I like things asymmetrical sometimes!! Like I have the industrial in one ear so they don't match up and I just think having the one nipple is kind of a cool/different look than having them both but that's just me!

Well I do have industrial too, but asymmetry there does not bother me somehow. Dunno.
I am considering to pierce my nipples when I reach my GW. I just don't know if I'll have those little pretty boobs. I am genetically big-breasted And if they still seem too big when I'm at my GW I won't pierce them, sadly.. But we will see.

Are one of your breasts slightly smaller than the other? It doesnt have to be by a lot, but if you pierce that nipple it will make them appear more even.
That's a great tip! If I will ever decide to pierce my nipple I will surely use it.

I got my left pierced last week but my right boob is slightly smaller so I feel like I emphasised it, do I go and get the other done as well?
It is probably only you who notices it the size difference! I have my left pierced as well and personally I think it looks better to just have one.
