I don't think that having a bigger frame is typically German. I live in Holland, which lies next to Germany and I don't think we differ a lot, frame-wise, from other countries.

Well, people in the western side of Europe like the Netherlands, Germany and Scandinavia are more likely to have a stronger bone density; therefore, a bigger frame. Just an observation I have noticed when I was in Denmark as opposed to other countries, like in Asia for example.
