Yikes. They really squeezed her into that first outfit, didnt they? Why bother? We already know what her real waist looks like, no need to try and fool us.

Sure, let's go with "toned".

Just because she doesn't have a lot of visible definition (because of her diet), doesn't mean her body isn't muscular and toned. You can clearly see muscle definition at times and probably plenty when she flexes. Not that she has my ideal body at all, but she isn't "mash potato" like :meh:

Exactly, she still has very visible muscles from doing gymnastics. She’s definitely thick. (But to be honest her arms are pretty skinny in person. Especially around regular people her arms are almost strikingly skinny). But she’s muscular and not like this: :spazrun:

Not overly sexualized and vulgar, almost elegant and sensual imo. Yes her body isn’t the best but I was impressed and forgot about her gymnastics history. It may look easy but it takes a tonn of strength.

How is this not sexualized? A third of the video is zoomed in on her crotch and butt.
I said not overly sexualized. I didn't say it was sexualized at all. Most of love advent is these girls acting super vulgar and it just focuses on them doing sexual poses and looking sexy. The main focus of this video is her doing gymnastics and being "strong".

She's got what appears to be a fantastic body for an athlete. But that's not the model body a high end designer can "hang" clothes on.

Well then I think it's good she isn't doing high fashion as much besides a few shows here and there. But high end designer's still settle for Kendall Gigi and Bella. :wtf:

I have a *good* feeling that the next model "look" will be athletic (not in a broad-shoulder-big-tits 80's way, in a very "powerful millennial women way"). You can see the shift starting to appear in how models prepare themselves for shows; even for models that do primarily runway or mainstream fashion work, not lingerie or swim, working out heavily appears to be essential, whereas 10 years ago, or even as recently as 5-7, you rarely if ever heard about fashion models lifting weights, working their ass off in the gym (except heavy cardio). We have fewer "starvers" more gym rats these days, which I think is indicative of a change in aesthetic preference. Perhaps this is because designers know women want "Strong Role Models" in 2017, or maybe because over-exercise is less frowned upon in our society than dieting. Sorry for the OT rant, I just have been noticing this shift a lot lately, and the theme of Love Advent this year is a perfect example.

Reminds me of like the type of women in Wonder Woman. Very Amazonian and strong.

OT but this reminded me of this Freja interview
