I don’t have a specific diet but overall I do tend to eat pretty healthy. I really enjoy fresh and organic foods, ( a lot of salad, grilled chicken, fruit, vegetables) I like how they make me feel and I know that the healthier I eat the better my skin will look and health will be. I do try to eat a little heavier a couple times a week (pasta, pizza, rice,bread) to keep some weight on me but I really just eat whatever I’m in the mood for! My basic rule is eat only when I’m hungry and stop when I’m content , NOT full. This is just what works for me and my life & keeps me feeling healthy and happy, everyones body and health are different though so be sure to research & customize a diet that is best for you : ) - Ashley Sky
