Vlada Roslyakova

It's amazing how she can pull off any color hair. My favorite on her has to be that light red color though.

Some photos she is stunning then other photos it looks like she needs some much needed sleep.

Does anyone know what Vlada's upper arm circumference is (or can any of you VIPs take an, ahem, educated guess)? I know I'll never have arms as teeny as hers, but I want to know what the ultimate holy grail of upper arm thinness to aim for is.

She has such a tiny frame. At 5'10, her shoe size is 7, while Natasha P for example is 9 at the same height!!! Not many can get that size unless their predisposed bone density structure is soooooo small, like hers. I just assume shoe sizes are a good measure of one's bone structure. lol

EDIT:

I posted this on another thread: She has longer hands too.

^ I really like chanel iman's figure!

Also I have to say Vlada is always my default favorite. There are skinny models but then there are those who are skinny and small framed. The tiny-small-skinny look with subtle visible bones has always been my appeal & my absolute favorite.

Just look at her next to Angela & next to Natasha; She's always the smallest.

I know what a weirdo for being so observant, but to get skinny realistically, I gotta do my HW to which one is best for me. haha

You're right. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21455762 People with higher bone density and larger frame sizes apparently also tend to have larger shoe sizes. Apparently they also have mandible enlargement, so I guess having a wide jaw can also be suggestive of having a larger frame.

NONETHELESS. I need to know how large The Vlads' upper arms are so I can torture myself by never being close to attaining the perfection of The Arms (capital use intentional, just like the G in god is capital to the religiously-inclined - oh skinniness, I am but a devotee at your altar (god I am such a nerd I need to stfu))).

Oh, it's interesting that it has been scientifically studied as well ! Thanks for sharing.

I would LOVE to know that as well. Getting really skinny arms is the epitome of a true skinny gurl!

Yeah, unfortunately it's not an open access article and you need institutionally-associated access (or like 30 damn dollars) to read the full article.

Actually, can a VIP do me a favour and edit out the link in my previous post and Serene's quote of it with this one: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21455762

Also edit out the mention of my specific university if possible in her post? I may be being paranoid, but I don't want my institutional affiliation posted for posterity just in case someone from my professional circle stumbles upon it and I get in trouble.
