not really sure where to post but I need some advice: I just got gifted a 1000€ gift card from Matchesfashion as a late graduation gift (having a single young aunt has its perks) but I am really clueless on what I need to buy. I was thinking on splurging them on a bag but there are some statement fall/winter items that I need in my clothes so I don’t know about that. Can someone who is familiar into luxury shopping help me out?
If I don’t get the bag, I was thinking: a leather blazer, good pair of jeans, some cachemire sweaters and a good pair of nude boots.

Leather blazer will age well and can go with anything (I’ve literally seen girls in London slip one on on top of their sports bra and shorts and look elegant). Cashmere sweaters are hard to look after in 4-5 years time, but if you go for one choose a neutral colour.

A bag could be a good investment but go with a bag that’s been popular for 10+ years (classic) rather than one that’s trendy.

You could also invest in some classic heels, or an iconic jumper like the Gucci one Princess Diana wore.

Aside from jewellery and investment bags from Hermes, my best purchase was a MaxMara camel coat with fur hood. I get so many compliments, they repair it for free, and it goes with everything.

I bought these boots online because the deal was great and they're actual leather. I had been looking for a pair as such and they fit like a glove with the shaft being small enough and not flopping around too loosely. Actually warm and comfy too with good grippy soles (without being too chunky for my taste) for challenging icy winters. In love!

Now that it’s officially boots & wool pants season, I’m starting laser hair removal on my legs and I’m so excited about it. Bought 6 monthly sessions for ~$760 all together and I should be done by the time spring rolls around! After only 1 session I already notice a significant difference.

dresses retail for $108 but Unif had a bogo sale so I got two (so overpriced though lol)

I’ve been wanting knee high platform docs for so long now, got these off ssense, $260

My third Ann D piece from depop is a tunic, got it for $106

L’école Des Femmes dress retails for $199 but got it on depop for $80

And lastly I got a piece from Chrishabana which makes really cool jewelry. They did a collab with the film Dune to make a Dune inspired collection which Grimes wore to the met gala (the harkonnen mask she wore was $1500, would’ve loved that too but that’s a tad out of my budget lol)

The piece i got is called the wrath ear cuff and was $117

I’ve bought so many new workout sets to celebrate my 10+ lbs loss and commitment to working out every day for nearly 4 months. I’ve been wearing the same workout clothes and not minding it, but it is exciting to get new pieces! My husband got home while I was working out in the blue and black set and.. loved it

Feels quite motivating eventhough these things are literally basics. But my old tape has been broken for a while now and was a weird mix of oldschool colours that just didn't look nice, so an all black one is more exciting to use.
Since I plan on traveling for quite a long time these are quite helpful.

I just bought my first pair of Doc Martens. They are called the 2976 Max.

I was so surprised by how comfortable they actually are.

They feel really special to me, because I have never seen them on anyone else where I live. Everyone seems to have either the standard model, the 1460?, or the Jadon's.

Plus I love platform shoes.

Yes, I’m doing it at Satori Laser! I think their prices may have risen sliiiightly since I purchased the package, but you can also find huge deals for certain locations on Groupon.
