To be fair.... weight can be lost. It's not like she's stuck with it forever. It's not a deal breaker... yet.
When sites run an article saying someone looks incredible and it's accompanied by photos showing that they clearly do not look incredible then I always assume it's a passive aggressive dig at the person concerned.
About 50% of the adverts masquerading as articles in the DM fit this category (especially ones featuring the Kardashians); it's excellent clickbait and always gets the outrage stirring in the comments

From a feminist perspective, I personally am not into you making her weight gain about *his* aesthetic enjoyment.
She's doing a terrible thing to her body, she's hurting herself, she's shortening her lifespan and/or her quality of life, which in turn hurts her family and children, she's setting an awful example not just for those kids but for an entire fan base (which apparently thinks this is "healthy" and "beautiful")...and you think the worst thing is that this oh-so-poor man "didn't sign up" to fuck someone ugly? She doesn't owe it to him to be pretty - she owes it to herself and the rest of the world to be healthy.
TL;DR: We all agree she's unbelievably fat and it's not okay. But there are better reasons to be outraged than "poor Evan."
