I dont necessarily think it's sustainable for anyone to stay at the same size they restrict to for fashion weeks...like, even top models cut down a little weight at peak times and then gain a little bit afterwards. Looks like 7 lbs tops, and she's still at the lower end of measurements for most models. I agree she gained a bit but it seems kind of expected to me given other models' behavior as well. Also the media backlash was heavy and her eyes looked tired/worn out so maybe it was advised by her team.View attachment 21587 View attachment 21588 View attachment 21589 View attachment 21590
Again. I’m not trying to piss anyone off but this is a site where we talk about weight. She is a model and it is almost fashion week so I thought she would look as striking as she did back in September. I’m not saying she’s fat now or even chubby or average, she still looks better than a ton of models, but she was sooo skinny in September that any little fluctuation will be noticeable. Her before legs and waist:

I torture myself every time she posts by reading all the fat-tears stained comments and forcing myself not to replyI’m trying soo hard not to be a bitch and reply to all of those fatties calling her too skinny in the comments.
I know I've been taking up so much real estate on this thread lately, but wow, I love her confidence and her walk. It pays to have a supermodel mom (and her supermodel friends) as your coach

It's definitely reminiscent of earlier decades on the runway (particularly Naomi Campbell vibes, though none of these girls can hold a candle to Naomi's walk IMO). I like Kaia's presence and confidence on the runway and personally felt her rendition wasn't awkward, but I got the same off feeling seeing (for ex) Bella do it.I actually thought that this was awkward and a pretty dated way of walking a show (this was done throughout the entire show and it felt * off * to me).
