She doesn't dress for her body type because she's obviously not comfortable with that weight gain. There's plenty of polished glamorous fatties that always look put together. Yet whenever I see new Lana she's awkward and her charisma is gone. Always wearing clothes that are too small or ill fitting. Not to mention she looks unclean most of the time. Kind of alarming given the fact she was always very conscious of her image.

Tbh I don't understand her. She's loaded, she could hire some kind of coach or shrink, personal trainer and dietician to help her get back in shape and feel more like her old self.

I find it so funny how the fat community does all sorts of mental gymnastics to explain why she "looks better" now: They claim it's colour theory and her hair colour fits better, her clothing colours etc, they say she just has a happy glow and smiles make everyone prettier....

There’s nothing wrong with liking someone’s music, it doesn’t matter how much they weight or whatever, but it seems out of place on SG to be praising fat and average bodies.
With regards to this, she’s had a nose job and those tend to have revision surgeries as well depending on complications and whatnot - so that’s unsurprising.
