New series of supersize vs superskinny!

The fatty is from my town! I could recognize that chinese anywhere, I drive past it on the bus everyday! hahaha couldn't believe it.

Yay I love supersize vs superskinny... I'm always so jealous of the skinny person's body!

On the very first episode of season 5, the bit about Patricia, made me want to vomit. The amount of fat was seriously disgusting. The entire time I watch this show, I cant help but wonder how they eat all of that crap.

On the other side, the super skinnys are AMAZING :)

No wonder Katie is always tired through, there's like hardly any nutrition in any of her food. If she just switched up her diet she wouldn't be so tired all the time. LJ's diet on the other hand is just crazy, how many takeaways does he get through a week?!

The fat people are just so stupid and ignorant though, or at least they do nothing to give the opposite opinion. That women who has to be hosed down? Really? She was talking about it like she just woke up one day fat and unable to move, like it's everyone elses fault? And that stupid carer of hers saying how worried she is? If she was that worried she wouldn't keep going out and buying the woman food!

On a second note though @flou really? Have you seen him? He seemed to genuinely want to lose the weight at least?

Ugh...the superskinnies aren't skinny at all this season :C
Nevertheless, still the show is awesome

Just watched it on 4od. I never do understand how the american supersizers actually do stay so fat when they're immobile, and they don't seem anywhere near as ashamed as you would expect them to be at having to have someone else wipe their arse and clean between their fat folds with a hose. Who keeps feeding these people?

No I didn't recognize him, but yeah I love it when they come back and have lost weight, you can tell how happy they are.
I once watched an episode where this fat, american woman said she'd rather die than change, while her poor daughter was caring for her everyday. It was disgusting she drank about 10 full fat cokes a day!

I'm disappointed they left out some parts that they used to do each week. There was no section on the participants confronting their emotional food issues, I miss it! Also no looking at a week's worth of food in a tube. I have also noticed over the series they have changed whether or not they actually tell you the height and weight and how many calories they get through. I think in the new episode they just mentioned she was undereating by 500cals, no idea whether this is based on the 2000 recommended cals. Also I am sometimes surprised how high the intake is.. some of the superskinnies on 1500 a day, I don't believe it! Still enjoyable, but preferred the last series.

I will never be inspired by this show. I mean, I just can't imagine myself becoming that fat and gross with such disgusting eating habits. I just can't.

So do I :(
Also, I have the feeling that they are more concentrated on the obesity problem, by using shoking pictures (like the loss of a foot for the type 2 diabetes, teh huge casket in the past season, etc)
