This might be weird and totally out there (no excuse but I have had a drink or two) but seeing her body type and posture reminds me of how the female form was typically portrayed in Medieval art. Long torso, spindly arms, minimal breasts, no ass, a very high and somewhat negligible waist.

Are you implying she had additional work done? I saw these pictures this morning and also thought her face looked different. Bloated/fuller. Maybe just from weight gain. She always looks a bit different from her instagram photos. I see no cheekbones in this picture, maybe it's just really good makeup/contouring.
 
I can't believe this is recent! I was almost sure they must have been from way before her surgeries, but they are not. She looks really really weird here, a lot heavier than a couple months ago and her nose looks almost funny to me.

Imagine having that much work done at 20 - and still look like this.

That dress is gorgeous, I love the styling. Too bad it was on Bella, a dress that beautiful deserves someone better

I feel like Bella's face looks like someone tried to make a wax figure of a beautiful model, but something went a bit wrong. In some photos she looks hideous, but in others I can see the look she was going for with her surgeries with her high cheekbones, full lips, and striking eyes.

she looked so much better when you could somewhat decipher her cheekbones, her face can't handle the extra because it just makes it look all squished together, I don't really like the gown much :/ maybe on another person I would think differenlty

Also...short hair with weight gain is the most awful combination

Honestly, I don't know why they (who ever) want her to happen. Particular Cannes film festival is exposing her lack of beauty, class and talent inbetween some really beautiful red-carpet filling models and true artists.

All the plastic surgery in the world can't give her a personality.

She always looks sad and vacant to me.

At this point I feel like all of these sheer crystal embellished gowns she chooses are repetitive. It doesn't help that she can't change her facial expression either.

Why are they styling her in ways that emphasize her weight?? She would have at least looked passable with some volumized hair and covered upper arms -- but they went for tight revealing dress and severe bun. It just seems to purposely make it worse.
