I see the blog has been edited so the photo I had linked to is no longer there. It was a photo of him poking a little dog with his dick. But yes, lot's of gross photos in that blog... For me, none of that is fashion or art, it's porn. Doesn't matter that it's shot and/or created by a talented photographer - still porn.
 
Haha on that oldterrytumblr his dick comes across like a nice accessoire in so many of the pics, like "Look what I have here, isn´t it pretty?" Like girls who show their handbag or puppy to the camera :lol:

And that bathroom is fucking ugly :lol:
 
Luckily for Terry, my opinion doesn't matter too much ;)

I do think it's a bit hypocritical, though, that a lot of the same people who worship Terry/argue that his photography is not pornographic, will avidly agree that Kate Upton's photos/videos are soft core porn. I dislike KU as much as the rest of you, I just don't really like double standards.

But I'm rambling and going way OT here, sorry!

Last night I was searching for Pirelli pictures and I read that Anja Rubik said no to Terry Richardson's Pirelli.

FW: So why turn down a “dream” opportunity to do the Pirelli calendar just because he was shooting it?
AR: Only because I know he would push it a little bit more, in a way that would be very naked and I know that I wouldn’t go there probably. And you think...how it’s going to come out, because he has a different kind of take of that, a little bit more on the edge of, you know, I don’t want to say vulgar but on the very, very slight edge of it.​

He's kinda weird. I like some of his photo's, like one's he's shot for Rolling Stone magazine for example but some of his photos creep me out! But yeah, he's good at what he does and I agree that he's not forcing anyone to do anything he just likes to push people. I've not heard many rumours so I don't really know that much about him.

I really like his photographs! They're so real and natural. He's among my favorite photographers because he really captures life and reality in such an artistic way, IMO. :)
 
Some of his photo's are beautiful- others I don't like as much because of the vulgarity- now I don't mind vulgarity if it's beautiful at the same time, but some of those bathroom pictures were just grotesque. He is an artist though, and they are usually a little eccentric so I don't think his personal life should detract too much from his art- unless he does something really awful...
 
Despite him looking like a total creep/pedobear, some of his work is truly amazing! I especially like the more ''suggestive'' shoots, even though they can be downright trashy at times...
